We've been advised by our vendor, that due to a bug specific to our implementation, we have to perform a code upgrade to our boarder routers. This should be performed without any impact to end users and network services, however, as this is an hazardous activity, we are notifying our end users to be aware in the case that something does indeed not go to plan. DataMossa engineers will be performing the work and performing PIV on the environment to ensure that all has gone to plan.
